MY STORY

Suzy Benson is an inspiring coach speaker, and facilitator who leads with passion, energy, and vision. Her mission is to help people become better leaders, find fulfillment in their work and live happier, healthier lives. After founding and then directing a non-profit - the African Promise Foundation - for 10 years, she transferred her experience and skills to the corporate environment. Suzy's ability to understand her customers' needs, develop a quality product and service, and manage all required details enables her to provide a transformational experience for her clients.

Suzy is skilled in working with teams, coaching one on one, and facilitating group learning. She is experienced in helping clients develop Emotional Intelligence (EQI) and believes that we must look at the whole person-professional and personal to develop courageous, resilient and genuine leaders. With a background in education and over 15 years of experience, Suzy provides education and motivation on several topics, including trust, accountability, values, communication, and leadership. Suzy trained under Dr. Brené Brown and is a certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator, Suzy focuses on developing courage-building skills to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored to daring leadership

Suzy has a strong commitment to her clients and uses her gifts of empathy and compassion to connect deeply with them. Her optimism is infectious, and she conveys an empowered perspective on life. Suzy advocates for those without a voice and has a seemingly endless resource of energy, love, and compassion.
